Do you run scheduled routes as well as on-demand?
Yes. Most of our volume is scheduled: fixed daily or weekly lab runs, pharmacy routes, and inter-facility shuttles with set pickup windows. STAT and on-demand fill the gaps.
Services
Four service lines. Each has its own packaging rules, temperature handling, and handoff procedure, and each page below spells them out. If your item does not fit neatly, call dispatch and describe it. We have probably moved it before.
Blood, urine, tissue, swabs, and cultures moved between draw sites, physician offices, hospitals, and reference labs. Every pickup scanned. Every handoff signed.
Cycle fills to nursing homes, STAT first doses, specialty biologics to the patient's door. Signed for, temperature held, every stop accounted for.
Loaner surgical trays before the 7 a.m. case. Oxygen concentrators to a discharge. A pallet of PPE between warehouses. Vans and drivers who know a loading dock from a lobby.
Direct, point to point, no other stops. Dispatch gives you an ETA before you hang up and calls you if it changes.

Validated coolers with phase-change packs for refrigerated (2 to 8 °C), insulated ambient carriers, and dry-ice shippers for frozen. Drivers log temperature at pickup and delivery. We can supply data loggers on request.
Scheduled routes are quoted as a flat rate per run or per month. STAT and on-demand are priced by zone and service level. No fuel surcharges hidden in the fine print. Ask for a rate sheet and we send it the same day.
Usually. For a standard lab or pharmacy route we need your pickup and drop addresses, windows, item types, and any temperature requirements. Most routes go live within two to five business days.
